It is with great pleasure that I would like to invite you to come to the first ever Cheltenham Oculoplastic Video Conference to take place at the Hotel du Vin in Cheltenham on Tuesday November 14th 2017.
Places are limited to 40 maximum, so please apply early to secure your place.
The format of the meeting is entirely video. We will watch videos of tips, techniques, case reports, reconstructive and cosmetic. The aim is for a highly educational but also entertaining day.
In order to attend, each candidate must bring at least one edited video. The ideal video will be from 2 to 10 minutes in length and in digital format such that it can be shown on PC, Mac and iPad. Any patient identifiable in the video must have signed consent for the video to be published on the internet.
Potential categories are:
“how I do it” basic reconstructive and cosmetic techniques
“tips and tricks” from examination, to assessment to treatment
“difficult situations” from the consultation to surgery to follow up
“video case reports” strange and unusual presentations and outcomes
Please get out your cameras and be creative.
I look forward to seeing you in Cheltenham
